No Place To Sit

This is our little home in Huntsville, Alabama.  We just got rid of our furniture in our Living Room.  I have to admit, having no couch to sit on is quite a bummer.  We will be sitting on the floor for the next few days and on Saturday, we will move back with Jonathan's parents until we leave on Thursday, Sept. 4.  Isaac keeps asking when we will move to Alabama.  He hasn't quite figured out that we are moving to Russia from Alabama, but he will understand soon.  Or then again, he may not, but he is still so excited to be moving to a new home.  We all are and consider ourselves very blessed to be chosen to go to Russia.

I'm sure your excitement and positive attitude toward this big change helps ease any uncertainty the kids might have. Good for you!

I was delighted to find--via your husband's blog--that YOU have begun to blog!

I'm looking forward to following your ministry in Russia and witnessing God at work through you--we are the very blessed parents of two Russian-born daughters.

I do hope and pray that all of these big transitions go as smooth as possible for your family. I also hope that Jonathan got a great last (at least for awhile) American hair cut.:)
